A. Weddings
On-The-Day Coordination
Manila Rate: PhP 25, 000.00
Out-of-Town Rate: PhP 30,000.00
On-the-day Coordination is a service for the soon-to-be Bride and Groom that has booked all preferred suppliers and would want to have a professional to ensure that all pre-arranged set-ups and details will be implemented accordingly. On-the-Day Coordination starts at 3months prior the actual wedding.
Prior the Event
*Couple will have three (3) Pre-Event meetings with the {Real Events Manila} Project Manager prior the event, and unlimited consultation via SMS, calls and emails upon signing of contract
* Couple will be given a complete Bridal Workbook to be submitted including signed contracts from preferred suppliers, one (1) month before the wedding (couple will be assisted with the completion of Bridal Workbook including: Program Outline, Seat Plans, Venue Floor Lay-Out and etc)
*{Real Events Manila} will review contracts and will make appropriate arrangements with preferred suppliers. Tie loose ends and coordinate with the wedding team any last minute details
On the Day
*{Real Events Manila} team will be at the hotel five (5) hours before the ceremony to assist with all the bridal preparations (there will be the Over-all Project Manager; Bridal Coordinator; Groom Coordinator; Reception Coordinator and Church/Ceremony Coordinator).
*{Real Events Manila} team will ensure that all supplier’s arrangements and wedding materials are being handled accordingly and timely. Coordinators will have to follow a strict time-table for all the activity including arrival and departure of the couple as well as the suppliers
At the Church
*{Real Events Manila} will ensure that all pre-agreed set-ups (floral arrangements, floor lay-out, musician’s arrival, etc) are arranged accordingly
*{Real Events Manila} will assist in the arrival of guests, orientation of Bridal Entourage members, distribution of flowers and misalletes, supervise wedding rites from processional to recessional, assist photographers for pictorials.
At the Reception
*{Real Events Manila} will ensure that floor lay-out has been arranged according to plan, and that program runs smoothly all through-out the event
*{Real Events Manila} will manage all guests’ related assistance such as arrival, seat plans, distribution of souvenirs, receiving of gifts, etc
*{Real Events Manila} will manage all collection and turn-over of all bridal materials used in the church and reception to the couple or to their respective representatives
*1 Project Manager; 6 Wedding Coordinators (for 100-150 guests)
Turn-Over Coordination
Manila Rate: PhP 30, 000.00
Out-of-Town Rate: PhP 35,000.00
Turn-Over Coordination is a service for the soon-to-be Bride and Groom that has partly booked preferred suppliers, and would want to have a professional to assist them in looking and choosing other needed suppliers, and ensure that all pre-arranged set-ups and details will be implemented accordingly. Turn-Over Coordination starts at 6months prior the actual wedding.
*{Real Events Manila} will suggest, refer and assist the couple to source out for suppliers that will suit their needs and budget. After booking with all the preferred suppliers and turn-over of Bridal Workbook and other contracts, R.E.D. will carry-out and will take responsibility of all the wedding preparations up to the day of the event.
*On-the-day service is included in this coordination and an additional of two (2) more pre-event meetings with the couple
*2 Project Manager; 6 Wedding Coordinators (for 100-150 guests)
Full Coordination
Manila Rate: PhP 50, 000.00
Out-of-Town Rate: PhP 55,000.00
Full Coordination is a service for the soon-to-be Bride and Groom that has not booked any suppliers and would want to have a professional to assist them in all the wedding preparations up to the actual wedding day. Full Coordination starts 1year before the event.
*{Real Events Manila} will assist in full planning and budgeting of the event, take full responsibility in booking and payment of all approved suppliers and venues.
*On-the-Day services is included in this coordination with an additional of three (3) more pre-event meetings with the couple
*2 Project Manager; 8 Wedding Coordinators (for 150-200 guests)
Terms and Conditions:
*Payment of non-refundable 50% upon Contract signing. Balance of 50% to pay on the day of the actual event.
*Ocular visits can be requested but food and transportation expenses shall be covered by the client.
*Postponement of the event 3 months before, can be carried out to the new event date subject to {Real Events Manila} Team availability
*Cancellation of the event 3 months before, the client shall pay the other 25% of the full contract price. Cancellation of the event 1 month or less, client shall pay the full contract price.
